How can I purchase a gift certificate?
- Online: Purchase online here and receive a gift certificate by email.
- In-person: Visit us in-person and we can help purchase a physical and emailed gift certificate.
- Over the phone: Call our front desk at 704-274-5946 to purchase a gift card over the phone and receive a gift certificate by email.
How does a gift certificate work?
After purchasing a gift certificate, the person buying the gift certificate will receive an Order Confirmation email. In the email, there is a gift certificate Code.
A gift certificate can also be emailed directly to the recipient at the time of purchase, or you can choose to email the gift certificate to yourself to keep it a surprise.
The gift certificate email can be printed or forwarded to the recipient so they will have the gift certificate code. This code can be used when booking online, over the phone, or in-person.
How much is left on my gift card?
Visit our facility or call our front desk at 704-274-5946. We can look up a gift card balance for you.
How much should I put on a gift card?
That’s up to you! One person can usually finish 18-holes in one hour on a golf simulator. During peak hours that will cost $58/hour.
Gift certificates can be used on golf simulator and AR putting reservations, beverages, snacks, and merchandise.
What if I forgot to bring my gift certificate? Or, what if I lost my gift certificate?
No problem! As long as you know the name and/or email of the person who purchased the gift certificate, we will be able to find it.
Does a gift card expire?
Nope - gift card balances do not expire.
